• Password — At least 8 characters, combining uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.

Each user may operate one account only. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

• Minimum Withdrawal — ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal — ৳2,00,000 (Two Lakh BDT).
• Identity Verification — KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• On the same account — Funds will only be returned to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
• Bonus Rollover — To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the associated rollover requirements must be met first.
